Notes to self:
If your favorite cable channels do not have audio and/or give you descriptive video service or Spanish audio, chances are it is not the cable company's fault, but in fact yours and if you would just push the 'audio' button on your remote perhaps all will be fixed.
Also, sometimes the Uncompressed Quicktimes are in the folder clearly labelled "Uncompressed Quicktimes."
